What is Anya?

Anya is a digital health app providing women’s health support through key life-journeys like pregnancy, parenting, fertility and menopause. The app offers personalised, AI-powered 24/7 support, with specialist chat, virtual communities and more. Trusted by the NHS, Anya combines expert-written information, 3D animations and peer support to empower improved wellbeing.

Yes, Anya is available on both Android and iOS. You can download the Anya app from the Play Store or App Store.

After downloading Anya from your device’s app store, open the app and click Sign Up. Follow the in-app prompts, entering your details to complete registration.

Open the Anya app, click Log In, and enter your email address and password.

Log out of the Anya app, then click Forgot Password and follow the prompts to reset your password.

If you’re having trouble, try closing the app and updating it to the latest version. If the issue continues please provide feedback or report an issue using the app’s built-in feedback feature. Please share as much detail as you can, to help us assist you effectively.

Anya is designed for everyone. This could be an individual needing extra support, families, healthcare professionals seeking additional resources in areas such as pregnancy, infant feeding, parenting, menopause and fertility. Our platform is accessible to anyone interested in these health topics, including expectant parents, new parents, caregivers, employers, managers and healthcare professionals etc. 

Anya prioritises your security by using encryption to protect your data, following healthcare regulations. We also have a plan in place to handle any issues, provide ongoing training for our team on best security practices, and continuously monitor for potential threats to keep your information safe.

If your healthcare professional recommended Anya and they’re one of our partners, you can download Anya from the AppStore (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to get started.

Simply complete your account registration using your home postcode and you’ll automatically be upgraded to a premium subscription for the term agreed upon with your local area.

Yes, if your employer partners with Anya, you and your family may have complimentary access to the app’s premium features. Check with your HR team for details or follow the app’s prompts to sign up using your work email to verify eligibility.

To subscribe, download Anya from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Open the app, go to the subscription section, and follow the prompts to complete your subscription directly through the store.

Yes. If you add your payment information to purchase your Anya subscription, it is safe. Anya uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data at all times.

As an individual paying customer, you’ll access 24/7 parenting, pregnancy, and infant feeding support through Anya’s AI specialist chat, virtual communities, personalised content, programmes, and expert-led webinars and drop-in sessions.

Yes, Anya offers a freemium version with limited access. Free users can access most communities, select articles, webinars, and 3D animations, and use AI chat up to 5 times daily. Full access, including unlimited AI interactions, specialist support, and the complete library, requires a subscription.

Anya requires an internet connection to access content and features. Therefore, offline access is not currently available at this time. 

Open the Anya app, tap the menu, select My Subscriptions, and follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

Anya is designed to operate independently of your internal systems, ensuring a streamlined onboarding process with minimal disruption.

This means there is no need for complex integrations, reducing the time, cost, and effort required from your team. Our app is fully scalable and can be deployed quickly, making it easy to implement without the need for additional technical resources or adjustments to your existing infrastructure.

Each new partner is assigned a Customer Success Manager who guides them through the onboarding process, which typically takes 2 weeks but can be tailored to meet specific needs.

This process includes setting up your account, familiarising you with Anya’s features and benefits, and supporting full integration of our services. Together, we work with each client to define a timeline that suits their unique requirements. After the initial rollout, partners enter an ongoing success partnership with regular reviews to ensure they meet their goals with Anya.

Anya’s app includes features that recognise signs of user distress. When certain indicators are activated, the app signposts users to relevant resources, such as speaking to their GP, helplines, or to call the emergency services. While Anya isn’t a medical device, it serves as a supportive tool, encouraging users to access professional help when needed.

Yes, we offer a series of explainer videos that provide guidance on using the app. Additionally, during onboarding and throughout our partnership, our Client Success Team will deliver tailored familiarisation sessions to help you and your teams get the most out of the app.

The Anya app provides a variety of educational resources, including webinars, articles, and drop-in sessions with specialists. It also features a chat function with specialists, an AI-powered companion for personalised support, and 3D breastfeeding animations for visual guidance and intuitive learning.

The Anya app does not currently support direct communication between individual parents and their healthcare providers. However, parents can connect with Anya’s specialists (including IBCLC) through the app for support.

Additionally, the app signposts parents to local resources and delivers personalised welcome messages and articles from their healthcare providers to enhance integration with local services.

No – Anya is not a medical device. While our app uses advanced technology to detect potential crisis indicators, it does not diagnose or treat any medical condition.

Instead, Anya acts as a supportive tool to identify users who may benefit from immediate attention and provides tailored recommendations or signposts to professional resources.
