Mental health support for new parents

December 21, 2022

It’s the nights that I find especially hard and that’s where LatchAid really helps. I know I can turn to the community for help.

The community and psychological support of the app has probably been the most useful aspect for me. Most of the mums I know are formula feeding and there seems to be a big difference between our sleep patterns. It’s the nights that I find especially hard and that’s where Anya by LatchAid really helps. I know I can turn to the community for help and there’s always someone up who’s been through something similar and willing to reply quickly. It’s nice to know your baby isn’t broken! The virtual support has also been helpful for instant answers. And the lactation consultants are in the background to jump on if needed. I’ve had so much useful 1:1 advice from them.

The app has been the best type of support for me. I live in a rural area so my closest support is miles away.
