I found it useful for loads of different reasons. The Anya AI function was so helpful, just in the middle of the night, which is usual as a mother when you have the most free time to kind of ping in my questions, what I’d call the 3am worries! Am I doing it right? Is the baby getting enough milk? Are the nappies wet enough? Should I be pumping more? How much is enough, those sorts of things that, at that time in the night. You can’t reach out to other people, you might not have that support. So it was just great having instant feedback from Anya, and knowing that it was evidence based, so it’s high quality, factual information.
