B2B Marketing Generalist 

Remote (UK-based) | Part-time contractor 3 or 4 days per week | Reports to: GTM Lead | Salary: Competitive day rate based on experience

With strong public sector foundations, we are rapidly expanding our B2B business into private sector markets — offering employers and insurers a cost-efficient, scalable, and equitable way to support women’s health. We operate in the UK and Australia, with further international expansion planned into the US and Canada. 

THE ROLE 

As Anya continues to grow, we’re looking for a highly motivated B2B Marketing Generalist to support both our sales pipeline and go-to-market activity for private and public sectors. This is a varied role that combines growth and product marketing execution. This is an ideal role for a self-starter who is comfortable thinking strategically while rolling up their sleeves to create sales collaterals, build nurture sequence, and run campaigns all in the same week, in an exciting start-up environment where you can contribute directly to company growth and impact.  

You will work cross-functionally, particularly with GTM, Sales, Client Success, Clinical and Product teams to help drive awareness, engagement and lead generation. You will also support the Founder CEO with communications and marketing outputs. This is a freelance, remote-only, role for 3-4 days per week. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Growth Marketing and Demand Generation 

  • Develop/refine ICP, positioning, value propositions, and messaging for different audiences including employers, insurers, brokers, and end users through structured test and learn. 
  • Own the execution of multi-channel growth campaigns across email, LinkedIn, newsletters, webinars, and partnerships  
  • Design and execute marketing-led inbound lead generation. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to support sales-led outbound lead generation, building and optimising nurture sequences and outreach. 
  • Design and deliver webinars including panel creation, Q&A, promotion, asset (e.g. slides, give-away assets) creation, audience poll, and follow-up nurture sequence.  
  • Monitor campaign performance. Report on and refine key growth metrics including engagement, MQLs, MQLs->SQLs conversion, and campaign (e.g. email) performance. 
  • Create and manage a schedule of content for social media, newsletters, and marketing campaigns 
  • Support website updates, SEO optimisation, and landing page creation  
  • Manage CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g. HubSpot)  

Product Marketing 

  • Produce templates, newsletters and announcements to drive user registration and platform engagement 
  • Create sales and reporting collateral including one-pagers, pitch decks, case studies, FAQs, and customer success stories 
  • Design and produce blogs, thought leadership pieces, lead magnets, case studies and testimonial packs end-to-end. 
  • Develop social media assets and marketing materials to enable partners to market our services to their portfolios, refining based on performance 
  • Regularly deliver comms packs and monthly assets to nurture partnerships, tailored to the unique priorities of public and private sector organisations 
  • Collaborate with product and client success teams to determine how best to communicate new features and updates effectively using visual-first documentation 
  • Help ensure brand and messaging consistency across all touchpoints

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

Non-Negotiables 

  • 3-5 years’ experience in growth and/or product marketing (ideally both) 
  • Demonstrable experience working in an early-stage scrappy start-up, building marketing or communications activities from scratch 
  • Proven experience with Hubspot and marketing automation to build and manage sequences 
  • Proficiency using various social media platforms and communications and design tools (i.e. Canva), demonstrating community growth, reach and engagement 
  • Experience designing and developing marketing materials for internal and external use, using both text and visuals; strong copywriter and content creator 
  • Ability to translate complex information into digestible one-pagers tailored to different audiences 
  • Experience supporting sales, GTM, commercial growth from a marketing perspective 
  • Experienced storyteller, effectively selling a mission-led vision  
  • Experience communicating effectively with B2B audiences and end users 
  • Ability to be a team player, who thrives in collaborative environments 

Desirable 

  • Experience working in the UK employee benefit market 
  • International exposure (Australia, US, or Canada) 
  • Knowledge of or experience in women’s health
