You will work closely with our founder and CEO, and our Commercial Director, owning the Anya brand and marketing strategies that drive our future success.

As Marketing Manager, you will:

    • Own marketing at Anya, working alongside leadership to develop and execute strategies that contribute to the growth of the business.

    • Create and deliver marketing plans that bring together joined-up multi-channel campaigns encompassing content marketing, digital marketing, event marketing and more.

    • Position Anya as a thought leader, through engaging content across a variety of mediums.

    • Lead and coordinate PR campaigns; identifying opportunities to increase brand awareness, build trust, deliver value and capitalise on our successes and positive sentiment.

    • Generate high-quality B2B leads (public and private sector) contributing to pipeline and revenue growth.

    • Own, ensuring it is optimised to deliver a positive experience effective lead capture.

    • Lead B2B social media (LinkedIn, Twitter) and email marketing campaigns.

    • Plan and deliver an events calendar that maximises ROI.

    • Adopt a data-driven approach to understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; striving for continuous improvement through collaborative ‘test and learn’ processes.

    • Work collaboratively with our User Marketing Lead (contractor) and Client Success Manager, supporting high impact communication with the families we support.

    • Manage relationships and performance of contractors, vendors or other third parties, including: agencies, web developers, SEO specialists and more.

Additionally, you may:

    • Work with CEO and Commercial Director to pitch Anya, whether to potential new clients or more broadly to prospective partners, investors, funders, etc.

    • Contribute to product development, service design and bid writing as part of a wider team.

    • Represent Anya at conferences and other public events.

Knowledge, skills and experience:


    • We’re looking for someone with 5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing role (i.e in a start-up or scale-up business)

    • Experience of B2B marketing and a proven track record of delivering high value leads.

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you’ll be a great writer who is comfortable creating client-ready material across multiple formats.

    • Experience liaising directly with partners and building positive, productive, trusting relationships.

    • An analytical thinker, comfortable using data to derive actionable insights.

    • Ambitious and entrepreneurial, driven to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing startup environment, and comfortable organising & prioritising your work independently.

    • Demonstrated commitment to Anya’s mission, vision and values.

    • Permission to work in the UK.


    • Experience of working in a technology enabled OR healthcare startup (bonus points for both).

    • You will be familiar with HubSpot or demonstrate a sound understanding marketing automation and CRM tools.
