Prize draw terms and conditions
By completing this survey, you can choose to enter a prize draw to win one £50 Amazon voucher.
- Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is LatchAid Ltd, trading as Anya.
- Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have been invited by Anya to complete the user feedback survey.
Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Anya, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this prize draw, are not eligible to enter.
- How to enter
To enter the prize draw, you must complete the Anya user feedback survey and provide a valid email address so we can contact you if you win.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
No purchase is necessary.
- Opening and closing date
The prize draw opens on 1st August 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 30th September 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the prize draw.
- Prize
There is one prize available: a £50 Amazon voucher.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Anya reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
- Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
- Winner notification
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided in the survey.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, Anya reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible entries.
- Receiving the prize
The prize will be sent to the winner by email within 30 days of the winner confirming their acceptance of the prize.
- Use of survey responses
Survey responses will be used to help Anya understand user experiences and improve the app and support provided to families.
Feedback may be used internally for research, service improvement, product development and reporting. If we would like to use any direct quote externally, we will only do so in an anonymised way, unless we ask for and receive your explicit permission.
- Personal data
The personal data collected through this survey will be used to administer the survey, manage the prize draw, contact the winner and understand user feedback.
Your personal data will be handled in line with Anya’s Privacy Policy
- General
Anya reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw the prize draw if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
Anya’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final.
