We are seeking experienced Women’s Health Nurses to join our innovative digital health platform. This role involves providing expert clinical support via AI-assisted chat, in-app messaging, and video consultations to empower women with evidence-based healthcare advice. You will contribute to clinical content development, AI chatbot accuracy, and patient education materials to ensure high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Specialist advice on menopause, fertility, and reproductive health.
- Conduct in-app communication via chat or video to support users.
- Assess user comments and escalate complex cases to appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Write and review in-app clinical content for accuracy and compliance with UK and health guidelines.
- Contribute to health articles, educational resources, and user-friendly content for the platform.
- Ensure compliance with UK health regulations and privacy laws.
- Stay up to date with best practices, emerging treatments, and national guidelines in women’s health.
- Support and engage users through empathetic, clear, and empowering communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse (RN) or midwife with a Bachelor of Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of experience in women’s health, reproductive health, or menopause care.
Desirable:
- Previous experience writing Health related content.
- Experience providing virtual consultations or online support.
- Knowledge of diverse cultural practices around fertility and menopause.
