The Role
We’re looking for an experienced freelance B2B Marketer to help us accelerate growth in two key areas: reseller/channel partnerships and employee/user engagement. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape our go-to-market approach, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, CEO and cross-functional teams.
You’ll take the lead on marketing initiatives that enable our partners to succeed and ensure employees make the most of Anya’s benefits. This is a flexible, project-based role with clear deliverables and the potential for ongoing work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Reseller Channel Marketing
You’ll help us bring Anya to life for resellers and HR buyers by:
- Crafting compelling messaging that speaks to HR, wellbeing, and benefit leaders
- Creating a scalable partner toolkit (co-branded decks, one-pagers, email templates)
- Supporting resellers onboarding through structured content, training and guidance
- Building simple feedback and tracking loops to improve partner performance
- Delivering thought leadership content and participating in virtual events to build category awareness
Employee/Customer Engagement
We want users and their families to engage fully and benefit from Anya. You’ll help:
- Design strategic lifecycle communications (from onboarding emails to reactivation nudges) to guide users through their journey with Anya.
- Work closely with Customer Success and Product teams to align messaging with key touchpoints, whether through CRM, push notifications or in-app comms.
- Optimise CRM communications (e.g. HubSpot, Campaign Monitor, or Mailchimp), using data to target the right message to the right user segment at the right time
- Build employee-facing resources that bring Anya’s value to life, including:
- Downloadable benefit guides and checklists tailored to life stages (fertility, parenting, menopause)
- Short videos or motion explainers showcasing how to use the app
- Toolkits for line managers or HR teams to help promote the benefit internally
- Visual walkthroughs of the app experience for new users
- Create easy-to-understand, branded reporting templates and dashboards that help clients see engagement and impact.
- Help us build a simple but effective marketing infrastructure that can scale with minimal manual effort
Requirements:
Who You Are:
- 3- 4+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C marketing – ideally in startups, scale up, fast-paced B2B business environment.
- Hands-on and strategic – equally confident in planning and rolling up your sleeves to execute
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Experienced with modern marketing tools, including CRM, Canva and AI and automation tools
- Data-savvy with the ability to spot trends, define KPIs and report outcomes clearly
- Strong communicator who can create clean, impactful messaging for diverse audiences – including HR teams, partners and working parents
- Motivated by purpose and interested in the intersection of women’s health and workplace wellbeing
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in employee benefits, health tech, or working with HR/benefits buyers
- Prior freelance or consulting experience with scaling startups
- Knowledge of working across different markets
- Basic video editing or animation skills for light-touch content creation
- Familiarity with women’s health, parenting, or fertility sectors
